Math-
the curriculum is built around our Harcourt Math Program. This is a research-based instructional plan that provides a wide variety of strategies and activities so that all students can experience success in mathematics. Harcourt is a standards-based program and all Michigan math standards will be taught. The Michigan math standards will be taught. The Michigan math standards and benchmarks cover a vast number of concepts and a large amount of material. Your child will be receiving a hardcover Math textbook and a workbook. I think parents will be pleased that this program embraces traditional mathematical strategies as well as alternative ways to learn new concepts.
